Founder and Chairman of the Board, James H. Kruger, formed Kruger Commodities in 1972 with the vision and fortitude of providing essential rendering services to the meat and poultry by-product industry. This vision grew to include the collection and recycling of used cooking oil from the food and restaurant industries.
